How long do domestic orders take? 
Typically orders take 3-7 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

How do long do international orders take?
Typically international orders take anywhere from 7-14 business days for processing plus shipping time. Due to USPS shipping not all international orders may be tracked for delivery times. For any questions about international orders please email us at

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
We do accept returns for store credit minus the returned shipping charge. Customers are responsible for the returned shipping cost.

We do accept exchanges. Customers are responsible for the $5 reship fee unless item(s) are being exchanged due to incorrect or damaged item(s) on our part.


Will available items purchased with pre-orders ship separately?
All items purchased with a pre-order item will not ship until the time specified in the description of the pre-order item.
